? Download the we-connect app on your mobile device from the app store or google play.
? we-vibe 4 plus is compatible with bluetooth® smart ready (bluetooth 4.0) products, including iphone® (4s/ios 7 or later) and android™ devices (os 4.3 or later).
? When you use the app for the first time, you will be asked if you or your partner have a we-vibe®. Depending on your answer, the app will guide you through the following:

pair your we-vibe
? the first time you start the app, you will be asked if you already have a we-vibe. tap i’ve got my we-vibe to be guided through the pairing process. if you have used the app before, choose pair we-vibe from the menu.
? press and hold the control button on your we-vibe for 5 seconds. when you feel two pulses, your we-vibe is ready to pair.
? From the app’s pairing screen, tap pair we-vibe.
? the app will search for your we-vibe.
? you will see a woo hoo! message when your we-vibe has been successfully paired.
set a discretion/security lock
? The first time you use the app, you will be prompted to set a discretionary lock. if you choose to set a lock, you will need to enter a pin every time you open the app.
? you can turn the lock on or off, or change your pin, in the settings menu.
? If you forget your pin, you need to remove and reinstall the app.
control your we-vibe
? to turn your we-vibe on or off:
? once you have paired your we-vibe, the control screen will appear.
? To turn on your we-vibe, tap the large play button in the top half of the control screen. an animated waveform will play on the screen. this waveform indicates the vibration mode your we-vibe is in.
? To turn off your we-vibe, tap the wave animation.
? You can also turn your we-vibe on or off with the little play button at the bottom left of the screen.
to change mode:
There are three ways to change the vibration mode of your we-vibe:
? swipe the animation on the control screen to go to the next mode.
? tap the mode name (above the animation) to access the mode selector.
? tap the random picker to have the app select a random environment.
to adjust intensity:
? the intensity of each mode can be adjusted (on a scale from 1 to 10) with the sliders or by tapping the + or – buttons.
? external/clitoral and internal/g-spot stimulators can be adjusted together or independently. tap the link button to adjust the sliders independently or to relink them.
create a custom vibration playlist
? in the application menu, choose create my environment.
? touch create new.
? The first time you create a custom playlist, a short tutorial will guide you through the creation options.
? name your playlist.
? choose a mode, duration and intensity to create a playlist.
? use the + button to add as many different vibes as you like.
? drag to reorder your vibration by tapping and holding the = at the top of the vibration.
? save your playlist.
? your custom playlist will now appear in the mode selector, or can be chosen when going through the modes.
connect with your lover
connect and play with your partner across the room or on another continent.
? in the app menu, tap connect with my lover.
? It’s time to connect with your lover.
? Choose to send an SMS or an email.
? a standardized message will appear in our email or messaging application. you can leave the message as it is or edit it as you wish. make sure you don’t edit the link.
? send the message to your lover.
? When your lover taps the link, they will be prompted to download the app (first time use only) or taken directly to the app.
? once her lover accepts the invitation to connect, she will be notified that she is ready to play.
? once you confirm you’re ready, you’re connected and your lover is in control of the we-vibe.
? your screen will indicate connected lover at the top of the screen during the shared experience. either of you can end the sharing session at any time by tapping the end button.
? either partner can initiate a request to connect.
Note that the application menu is context sensitive. not all elements are visible at all times. for example, once you pair your we-vibe or register, those options no longer appear in the menu. here is an explanation of what each of the menu options mean:

? If you haven’t paired a we-vibe with the app, the first menu item allows you to do so.
? If you have registered before, you can login to restore your app settings and custom vibration playlists.
? sign in to the app to save and restore your settings if needed. registering also allows you to bypass the app’s home screen and get quicker access when launching the app.
? turn your we-vibe on or off, access over 10 modes and adjust its intensity.
? create my environment
? make custom vibration playlists. choose a mode, duration and intensity. add as many segments as you like. name, save and play your personalized atmosphere. Custom playlists can be accessed from the mode selector or by swiping through the modes on the control screen.

? play together, even when apart. connect with your partner across the room or on a different continent. send connection message via sms/text or email. receive a private and secure connection link to join your smartphones.

? If you have been using your we-vibe app to control your we-vibe but want to use your we-vibe remote, you must disconnect your we-vibe from the app.
? open the shortcut menu (the three dots at the top right of your screen) and select “log out of we-vibe”
? press and hold the control button on your we-vibe for 5 seconds or until it blinks twice.
? your we-vibe 4 plus is now ready to pair with the we-vibe remote
? With the remote and we-vibe side by side, press and hold any button on the remote for 5 seconds.
? the light on the remote will blink 3 times and your we-vibe will blink 3 times when paired
? Which phones are compatible and how do I know if mine is compatible?

? Signing up means you’ll always have access to your custom modes, even if you delete and reinstall the app or buy a new phone. opening the application, a registered user is taken directly to the control screen.
? Does the battery level indicator show me the power of my phone or my we-vibe?
? the we-vibe-shaped battery level indicator lets you know how much charge is left on your we-vibe 4 plus.
? will the app work without wi-fi or cellular service?
? The app requires an active Wi-Fi or mobile data connection for both the We-Vibe user and their remote lover’s smartphone/tablet when connected and sharing control.
? how does we-vibe protect my privacy?

? no, the we-vibe app is only compatible with we-vibe 4 plus.
? how does my smartphone/tablet connect to we-vibe?
? we-vibe 4 plus connects to your device via a bluetooth™ low energy (bluetooth smart) connection.
? How close does my phone need to be to my we-vibe 4 plus?
? your phone and we-vibe must be within bluetooth range of each other. For best results, we recommend that your phone or tablet be within 3 meters (10 feet) of your we-vibe 4 plus.
? Can I pair with more than one person?
? no, you can only pair with one lover at a time. If you want to disconnect from your partner and connect with a new one, you must first remove your partner in settings > profile, and then start a new connection with your new partner. see how to remove a lover here.
? can i sync with more than one we-vibe?
? can only pair with one we-vibe 4 plus at a time. If you want to connect to a different we-vibe 4 plus, you must first disconnect from your we-vibe in the context menu (the three dots at the top right of the screen). then you can connect to the new we-vibe 4 plus.
? How do I disconnect from my lover?
? To disconnect from your lover, go to settings, select the profile and click “remove my partner” at the bottom of the page. the connection with your partner will end.
? what happens if i forget my discretionary lockout pin?
? If you have forgotten your discretionary lock pin, you must remove and reinstall your app. Please note that if you have not registered, your custom modes will be lost.
? When I open my app for the first time, why does my we-vibe read a battery level of 0%?
? If your we-vibe 4 plus is new and you have not fully charged it, the we-vibe app will not be able to detect the charge level. After your first full charge, your we-vibe app will be able to tell you how much battery life your we-vibe 4 plus has.
? I have an iphone and my partner has an android. can we connect anyway?
? Yes! the we-vibe app is compatible with android and iphone devices.
? how do i reset my we-vibe to factory settings?
? in the menu, select settings and touch reset we-vibe.
? Your we-vibe will be reset to factory settings and will need to be paired again to work with the we-vibe app or remote.
? I can’t sync my we-vibe 4 plus with my device.
? try to re-pair your we-vibe and your phone:
? press and hold the control button on your we-vibe 4 plus for 5 seconds. your we-vibe will double-tap to let you know it’s ready to pair.
? choose pair we-vibe from the menu.
? follow the prompts in your app until you get a “woo hoo!” message. this indicates a pair and that the application is ready to use.
? if it still doesn’t work:
? make sure your bluetooth is enabled. if bluetooth is on, turn it off and on again. check with your device manufacturer for instructions on how to do this.
? Make sure your we-vibe 4 plus is charged and turned on.
? Make sure your we-vibe and your phone are within bluetooth range (3m / 10ft).
? check that your smartphone supports bluetooth™ 4.0 and is a compatible device.
? my we-vibe has been paired, but it doesn’t respond to the app.
? After 30 minutes of inactivity, your We-Vibe will go into sleep mode to preserve battery life. To wake up your we-vibe, turn it on with the control button on the top of the we-vibe massager.
? If you want to adjust the sleep time of your we-vibe, you can change it in the app menu settings.
? if you still have problems, please make sure your we-vibe and your phone are within bluetooth range (3m / 10ft).
? my lover did not receive the link by sms/text or email.
? Make sure your Wi-Fi or mobile data is turned on for both your phone and your lover’s.
? choose connect with my lover in the menu.
? make sure you send the sms/text to the correct number or the email to the correct address.
? If the problem persists, try to send the message by the alternative method or have your lover send you the request.
? the link my lover received doesn’t work.
? If you have previously connected to another lover/device, you must first remove that partner/device.
? tap settings in the menu. choose profile.
? under my lover, it’s time to eliminate my partner.
? send her lover a new request to connect.
