Cannot Connect To 2.4 GHz Network: what do I do? – Robot Powered Home

I configured my network to automatically connect my smart devices at home and devices far away to the 2.4ghz band of my dual-band router.

devices that are closer and generally use more data like my game console, tv, and computer, connect at 5ghz.
