    >verify the headset is in pairing mode (blue/red indicator light flashes quickly). delete the existing bluetooth headset name on the phone and search again. if there are still no search results, please restart the headset and phone and try again.
  • after successfully pairing my mobile phone and bluetooth headset, it was disconnectedcheck if the battery level is too low. check if the headset is within 10 meters (30 feet) of your phone. the connection may be affected by obstructions such as walls or other electronic devices. try moving closer to the device it’s connected to.
  • when I answer a call, I can’t hear anythingcheck if the phone is connected with a bluetooth headset, instead of a speaker or phone when answering a call. try adjusting the volume on your mobile phone. press the vol+ or vol- button to adjust the volume.
  • when I listen to music, I can’t hear anythingpress the vol+ button to adjust the volume. reconnect the headset with your mobile phone. Please check if the media is playing on the phone.
  • I can’t charge the earphonesPlease check if the charging pin and the other end are well connected. check if the charging cable works.
