If you are unable to add your VIN to your FordPass app, please check the 17-digit number to make sure you entered it correctly. Remember that wines do not include the letters i, o, and u, because they can be confused with the numbers 1 and 0. One way to avoid the challenge of entering your wine accurately is to scan the label on your door using your phone.
